I came to Christian Community Outreach Ministries from Pivot Ministries. I came to Pivot Ministries due to a 17 year crack-cocaine addiction. Upon completion of that program I heard about C.C.O.M. and there residential transitional program. I am fromAnnapolisMarylandand I knew that I didn’t want to go back there, so I applied for entrance and I was accepted in. Since I have been here my life has changed more for the good than when I was in treatment. I was able to secure my driver’s license after 15 years without one, I am in school to get my High School diploma, and I have a confidence to accomplish things that I never had before. I was always told that I wouldn’t amount to anything or that I was no good.
The leadership and support ministries offered here, have helped change my life, I now believe that not only will I be successful, that now I can also help others who are going through what I have been through. C.C.O.M. has made a major difference in my life and I am so thankful that this place is here to help people, even people like me.
